Hello Mate!
1. Since when object is at it's maximum height then it workdone (energy) is also maximum.
Workdone = Force • displacement
Work done = 10(10) • 5 m
Work done = 500 J
Thus energy possed is 500 J.
2. Since energy = work done
Work done = F • s
Work done = (40)(10) • s
1.96 × 10⁴ J = 400 • s
( 1.96 × 10⁴ )/( 4 × 10² ) = s
0.49 × 10² = s
49 m = s
Hence object goes to 49 m high.
Have great future ahead!

here is your answer ⛲⛲⛲⛲⛲⛲⛲⛲⛲
for block => energy = P.E = mgh = (10) (5) g = 50 g( joule = 1)
for boy = energy = 1960 joule.............
E = mgh
1960 = (40)(9.0)h
h = 1960/40 X 9.8 = 5m
thanks for asking this question ☺☺☺☺☺jii
