Since the end points of the 20,20,10 ohms are same, all three of them are in parallel...so equivalent resistance is 5 ohms

now 5 and 6 ohms are in series....so net resistance is 11 ohm

for R in parallel Req=1/R1+1/R2+1/R3.....

For R in series Req=R1+R2+R3......
