equivelent resistance from a to b will be 9 ohm

Explanation:

3 resistor of 2 ohm each are in series so eq resistance would be 6 ohm. 4 ohm , 4 ohm and 2 ohm are in parralel so eq resistance would be 1 ohm now adding all as they are in series so the final answer would be 9 ohm
