Let R1 30 omh
RE 30 Ohm
R3 15 ohm
R4 15 ohm
Eq. resistant of R1 and R2= (1/30+1/30)^-1
=15ohm
Eq. resistance of (R1 R2)and RE=(1/15+1/15)^-1
=7.5 ohm
Ek resistance between point A and B=7.5+R4
=7.5+15
=22.5 ohm
