By Debroglie Relation,

where Lambda is wavelength of matter.

h = Plancks Constant

p = momentum of matter.

And,

Velocity = frequency * Wavelength

v = f * lambda

2) Now,

Kinetic Energy of matter having mass m, velocity v.

KE = 1/2 mv^2

= KE = 1/2 *(p) * v Then, KE = hf/2

= Hence, Frequency of sub-atimic particle is

1.14 * 10^(7) He
