Molar mass of oxygen = 16 g/mol
i.e., the mass of 1 mole of oxygen molecule (O2) = 16 x 2 = 32 g

ACCORDING TO IUPAC RECOMMANDATION..
we know that ::-
1 mole of anything = in grams unit.
so,, one atom of oxygen has = 16 u.
so 1 mole of oxygen = its molecular quantity but in grams.. = 16 ×2= 32 grams..
Theirfore ,, The requried gram atoimc mass of oxygen = 32 grams .
