The mass of 1 mole of oxygen atoms is around 16 grams (15.9994 g to be precise). Now one mole refers to 6.022*10²³ atoms. So if you divide the 16 g by this number, you get 2.656 * 10^-23 grams as the value of mass of one oxygen atom.
