Answer :-
Gravitational force of attraction between the man and earth is 488.5 N .
Explanation :-
We have :-
→ Mass of the man = 50 kg
→ Mass of Earth = 6 × 10²⁴ kg
→ Radius of Earth = 6.4 × 10⁶ m
→ Value of 'G' = 6.67 × 10⁻¹¹ Nm²/kg²

According to Newton's Universal Law of Gravitation, we know that :-
F = GMm/r²
Where :-
• F is Gravitational force.
• G is Gravitational Constant.
• M is mass of the man.
• m is mass of earth.
• r is radius of earth.
Substituting values, we get :-
⇒ F = [6.67 × 10⁻¹¹ × 50 × 6 × 10²⁴]/(6.4 × 10⁶)²
⇒ F = [2001 × 10¹³]/[40.96 × 10¹²]
⇒ F = 2001/40.96 × 10¹³⁻¹²
⇒ F = 48.85 × 10
⇒ F = 488.5 N

Question:-
- Calculate the gravitational force of attraction between earth and man of mass 50 kg.
To Find:-
- Give the gravitational force.
Solution:-
Given ,
- Mass of the man = 50 kg
- Mass of Earth = 6 × 10²⁴ kg
- Radius of the Earth = 6.4 × 10⁶ m
- Value of ‘ G ’ = 6.67 × 10-¹¹ Nm²/kg²
Now ,
We have to find the gravitational force:-
Hence ,
- Gravitational force is 488.5 N.
