55.5 mg CaCl2 = 50×10−3 g CaCO3

47.5 g MgCl2 =50 g CaCO3

47.5 mg MgCl2 =50×10−3 g CaCO3

Total CaCO3 = (50+50)×10−3 = 10−2 g/L
