apply the formula
H=I*I*R*T
H=0.1*0.1*41.8*5*60
H= 125.4 J

further you can conver joule into calories 125.4 J = 30 calories approx.

I=0.1
R=41.8
T=5*60=300sec
I^2RT=0.1*0.1*41.8*300=125.4
