time to come in rest , t = 0.03 s

force , f = 100 N

acceleration , a = ?

therefore ,

f = ma

a = f/m = 100/0.1 = 1000 m/s^2

acceleration is in negative because the object is going to be stop ,

a = - 1000 m/s^2

therefore ,

v = u + at

-u = at -v

-u = -1000 * 0.03 - 0

u = 30 m/s
