Given :-

  • A 1000 kg car traveling at 600 m/s.

Find Out :-

  • Calculate the kinetic energy.

Solution :-

As we know that :

KE= 1/2 mv²

➙ KE= 1/2× 1,000 × (600)²

➙ KE= 500 × 360000

➙ KE= 180,000,000 J

Henceforth, the kinetic energy is 180,000,000 J.

Explanation:

 \frac{1}{2} {mv}^{2}

 \frac{1}{2} \times  {1000 \times (600})^{2}

500 \times 360000

18000000
