To Find : Kinetic energy possessed by ball

Solution:

Kinetic energy  = (1/2) mv²

m = mass = 0.16 kg

v = velocity = 30 m/s

Kinetic energy  =  (1/2) (0.16) (30)²

= (0.08) ( 900)

= 8 * 9

= 72

Kinetic energy possessed by ball  is 72 Joule
