Earth rotates around its axis ie 360 degree in 24 hours or  in 24*60 mints

                     1 degree = 24*60/360 mints = 4 minutes

                   the earth rotates 1  degree in 4  minutes

                                               104 degree  = 4*104 mints  =416 mints = 416/60

=6 hours 54 mints.

Singapore lies east side from Greenwich lines  hence  the singapore local time will be ahead from greenwhich time. 6 hours 56 mints

       local time of singapore = 6 pm + 6 hours+ 56 mints

                                               = 12+ 54 mints= 00:56 AM in the next morning
