It would be better if you mention Am or Pm in the question. But I'll consider that the time difference is 4 hrs.

The Greenwich Meridian is" 0°"

The time difference = 4 hrs = 240 mins

The time difference between two consecutive longitudes = 4 mins

Longitude

= Time difference in mins / T.d between 2 cons..

= 240/ 4

= 60°

So, the longitude is 60°W and is behind the Greenwich Meridian.

Hope this helps you
