Calculate the magnification for a convex lens of focal length 10 cm when image formed is erect and at the least distance of distinct vision.

Magnification of lens when image is formed at least distance of distinct vision,
m = ( 1 + D/f)
Here D would be 25cm
and f is given here = 10cm
So, m = ( 1 + 25/10)
m = 3.5
