F=1/2*5

Acceleration (a) = 5m/sec²

We know that,

According to newtons second law force applied on a body is equal to product of mass and acceleration of body ,

 Force =  m*a \\ \\ \ \ = 0.5* 5 \\ \\ = 2.5 \ Newton
