Calculate the mass glucose and the mass of water required to make 600 g of 30% solution of glucose .

mass of solvent + mass of solute = total mass

x + y = 600g

mass/mass% ..

x/600×100 = 30

x/6 = 30

x = 180g -> mass of glucose ..

from above ...

180+y = 600

y = 600 - 180

y = 420g -> mass of water :):);)
