O2 molecular mass= 32 g
Given no. of moles= 0.4
Let the required weight be n
n/32=0.4
=>n=12.8 g

Therefore, the mass of 0.4 Mole of oxygen gas is 12.8 g

Hope this helps you... ^_^

no.of moles=weight/molecular weight
0.4=weight/32
weight=0.4x32
          = 12.8
