Given :

No. of moles of N-atom = 0.8

To Find :

The mass of 0.8 moles of nitrogen atom

Solution :

A mole is defined as the amount of a substance that contains exactly 6.022 × 10²³ ‘elementary entities’ of the given substance.

1 mole of N-atom has a mass of 14 gm

We are required to find the mass of 0.8 moles of N-atom

So,

The mass of 0.8 moles of nitrogen atom = 14 × 0.8

                                                                   = 11.2 gm

Therefore, the mass of 0.8 moles of nitrogen atom is found to be 11.2 gm.
