1 mole of Fe = 56 g

1 mole of S. = 32 g

1 mole of O. = 16 g

1 mole of. H. = 1 g

1 MOLE OF FeSO4.7H2O = Fe+S+4*O+ 7*2*H +7*O

= 56 + 32+ (4*16) + (7*2*1)+(7*16)

=56+32+64+14+112

=278g

One mole of FeSO4.7H2O has 278g molecular wt.

answer2
See, Mass of one mole of FeSO4.7H20 is equal to the mass of

1 mole of Fe + 1 Mole of S + 4 moles of O (4 O atoms in SO4) + 14 moles of H (14 H atoms in 7H2O) + 7 moles of O

Now a quick Google search or a periodic table will give you respective molar masses of these respective atoms

For example. for Fe it’s 56 gram units

so after calculating the stuff we get 56 + 32 + 4 * 16 + 14 * 1 + 7 * 16 = 278 grams

Hope you got the idea of the calculation !

This way you can calculate molar masses of all other molecules.
