charge of proton is

q = 1.6 * 10^{-19}C

charge by mass ratio of proton is

\frac{q}{m} = 9.58 * 10^7 C/kg

now we have

mass = \frac{charge}{charge-mass_{ratio}}

by plug in all values

mass = \frac{1.6 * 10^{-19}}{9.58 * 10^7}

mass = 1.67 * 10^{-27} kg

so above is the mass of proton
