atomic mass of cu=63

atomic mass of sulphur=32

atomic mass of oxygen=16

So,

Atomic mass of cuso4=63+32+16*4=159

Atomic mass of 100g of cuso4=159*100=15900g

Ans: Molar mass of CuSO4=1*Cu + 1*s +4*O

= 1*63.5 + 1*32 + 4*16

= 63.5 + 32 + 64

= 159.5g/mol

CuSO4 = Cu

159.5g = 63.5g

159.5g of CuSO4 gives = 63.5g Cu

1g of CuSO4 gives = 63.5/159.5g

100g of CuSO4 gives = 63.5/159.5*100g

= 0.398 * 100g

= 39.8g of Cu
