Calculate the mass of ferrous sulphate formed when 20 g of sulphur reacts with Iron. (Atomic mass of Fe = 56, S = 32).

Fe. +. S → FeS
56g. 32g. 56+32=88g

32 g. of sulphur give 88g of FeS on reacting with iron.
20g of sulphur will give = 88/32×20=55g of FeS

Ans. 55g of Ferrous sulphide will be formed when 20g of sulphur react with iron.
