One atom of O =1 x Atomic mass
                        = 1 x 16 = 16 gms= 16/1000 = 0.016 kg

A molecule of O2= 2 x At. Mass
                            = 2 x 16 = 32gms= 32/1000 = 0.032 kg

hope it helps...pls mark brainliest! ;-)
