Mass by mass percentage = (mass of solute / mass of solution) × 100

(mass of the solution: mass of solute + mass of solvent)

Therefore,

mass percent of sodium sulphate solution is 20 %.

Let,

the mass of the solute be 'X'.

mass of water = 100g

So,

as per the given question,

=> 20 =( X/X+100) * 100

=> X = 25
