The g-Formula mass of Na2S2O3 is (2×23 + 2×32 + 3×16) = 158g... & the mass of Sulphur in 1 g-formula Na2S2O3 is (2×32)= 64g
So the mass of Sulphur in 158g of Na2S2O3 is 64g...
Hence in 50g of Na2S2O3, the mass of Sulphur will be (64×50÷158) = 20.25g

Answer:

20.25g

Explanation:

Mass of Na2S2O3 = 23 + 2×32 + 3×16

= 158g

mass of sulphur = 32g

mass of S in Na2S2O3 = 32/158

=20.25g
