Molecular weight is the mass of one mole of a subsatnce.

in simple word it is a addition of atomic mass of each atom in the particular molecule. hence the molecular weight of CH4 (Methane) can be calculeted as below,

Atomic weight of Carbon :- 12

Atomic weight of Hydrogen :- 1

hence, CH4 = 12 + 1*4=16

Molecular weight or mass of molicule of CH4 is 16 g/mole.

I thik it is right

Methane ,molecular formula-CH4

1 molecule CH4=12+(1×4)=16 g

2 molecules of CH4=2×16=32 g
