Zn + H2SO4 ----> ZnSO4 + H2

1 mol Zn can produce 1 mol H2

1 mol H2 in STP = 22.4L = 22400 ml

448 ml in STP = 44.8 / 22400 = 0.02 mol

to produce 0.02 mol H2 we need 0.02 mol Zn

1 mol Zn = 65 g

0.02 mol Zn = 65×0.02 = 1.3 g

1.3g Zn is required to produce 448ml Hydrogen at STP

hope it helps....
