Add atomic mass of sodium and chlorine 23 + 35.5 = 58.5 Now to calculate mass percent of sodium, 23/58.5*100=39% Now to calculate mass percent of chlorine, 35.5/58.5*100=60% I hope this will be helpful....Thanks
