______________

Solution

Molality=moles of solute(n)/weight of solvent(kg)

now,

no. of moles of solute=given mass/molar mass

=3/60=1/200.05mole

molality=0.05/0.2=0.5/2

Answer: 0.25

______________

Solution

moles of solvent=250/18=13.8

Mole fraction=no. of moles of solute/total mole

Answer: 0.05/13.8
