moles of MgCl2

= 4.75/95

= 0.05

molality = number of moles of solute/ mass of solution in solvent (in kg)

mass of solvent = 200/1000

molality = 0.05 / (200/1000)

molality = 0.5 / 2

molality = 0.25 m
