The molar mass of H2O is 18g.
Proof =
Mass of Hydrogen = 1 g
Mass of Oxygen =16 g

(1)2 + 16g = 18g

Hence proven.

Same with HNO3->
H= 1g
N=14g
O=16g
Therefore
(1) + (14) + (16)3 = 15 + 48 = 63g

Moler mass of ;

1. H20
= (1×2) + 16
= 2 + 16
= 18 amu

2.HNO3
= (1×1) + (1×14) + (3×16)
= 1 + 14 + 48
= 63 amu

Hope it helped,
