Molar mass of Na₂CO₃.10H₂O

Mass of Na = 23 grams .

Mass of C = 12 grams .

Mass of O = 16 grams .

Mass of H = 1 gram .

Mass of Na₂CO₃.10H₂O

⇒ ( 23 ) × 2 + 12 + ( 16 ) × 3 + 10 ( 2 × 1 + 16 )

⇒ 46 + 12 + 48 + 10 × 18

⇒ 58 + 48 + 180

⇒ 286

The molar mass is 286 grams / moles .

DETAILS :-

Molar mass can be calculated by finding the mass of each atom in the molecule.

After that , we will multiply the mass of each atom with the number of such atoms.

We will get the molar mass .

Then express it with grams/moles .
