for h20 it is 18 for co2 it is 44, for ch4 16

Explanation:

atomic mass of o = 16

                        H=1

                         C=12

   so for H2O = 2*1 + 16 = 18

for co2                 12 + 2*16=44

and for ch4              12 +1*4 = 16
