First of all it should be Na2CO3 and not NaCO3.

Second, the data is not sufficient because to calculate molarity or molality you need to know the no. of moles and for that you need to have the mass of the given substance..... if the mass is not given then density should be given so that the mass can be calculated by the formula,
(mass = density × volume)
But here the density of also not given....

Third, for molality, you need to have the mass of the solvent which is again not given and neither the density...
