Molarity= 1×1000/40×250 = 0.1 molar

weight of given solute = 1 g
molecular weight of NaOH =23+1+16 =40 g
Molarity= wt.of given solute x 1000 / molecular wt.of solute x volume of sol.
Molarity= 1 x 1000 / 40 x 250
Molarity= 0.1 mol/l
