6.023×10^23×4 molecules are present in 64 gram of oxygen. In the ordered to calculate number of molecules in O2 first lets, calculate the number of moles of O2=(mass in gram/atomic gram)=64/16=4 moles. Now the number of particles in one mole of any substance are equal to avagadro's number= 6.022×10^23.
