Firstly you have to knlw that
Mole Fraction = No. Of Moles / Total no. Of moles
If molality = 3.0m , then there is 3mol NaOH dissolved in 1.0kg water.
Molar mass water = 18g/mol
mol H2O in 1.0kg = 1000g = 1000/18 = 55.6 mol
Total mol = 55.6+3 = 58.6
Mol fraction water = 55.6/58.6 = 0.95
