The concentration of the solution is equal to the 2 molal which means 2 M

2 moles of the solute is present in the 1000 gram of water

Hence, the water = 1000 gm/18

Total number of moles in water = 55.56 mol

Hence, the total moles of solution = n of solution + n of water = 2 + 55.56 = 57.56 mol

Mole fraction = no. of moles of solute/ no. of moles in solution =/57.56 = 0.0347
