Given:

Atomic mass of Sodium = 23u

Atomic mass of Oxygen = 16u

Atomic mass of Hydrogen = 1u

To find:

Molecular mass of Sodium Hydroxide = ?

Steps:

Molecular mass of NAOH = Atomic mass of Na+Atomic mass of O+Atomic mass of H

                                                      = 23+16+1

Answer:

Molecular mass of NAOH = 40u
