Molecular mass of

Magnesium = 24 a.m.u

Sulphur = 32 a.m.u

Oxygen (O2) = 32 a.m.u

So, MgSO4 = 24 + 32 + 2*32

= 56 + 64 = 120 a.m.u

Answer:

molar mass of Mg - 24 g

molar mass of S - 32 g

molar mass of O - 16 g

molecular mass of MgSO4

= 24 + 32 + 4(16)

= 56 + 64

= 120 g

Hence, molecular mass of MgSO4 is 120 g .
