V=π0.05²*1.5

V=0.012m³

since density=mass/volume

therefore

8×10⁴×0.012=mass(m)

m=960kg

I=m(l²/12+r²/4)

I=960(1.5²/12+0.05²/4)

l=960(0.19+0.001)

l=183.36kgm²
