the net force acting on a body would be zero as it is moving with a uniform velocity ,it experience no (net) acceleration.

and according to Newton's second law of motion we know acceleration is directly proportional to force

if acceleration is zero

Force=mass*acceleration

force=10*0

Force=0

net force acting on the body is zero
