there is no force acting on the bus as the bus is moving with a uniform velocity.

( actually the force is acting on bus as friction is constantly retarding the bus and in order to keep the bus in uniform velocity it applies a force but can't be calculated as the info is not given in the question.)

By the newtons second law of motion, 
Net force F = ma = m (dv/dt) = 0
