1 mol of HNO3 dissociates into 1 Mol of NO3 - ions

In other words there are Avogadro numbe(N) of NO3 - ions in 63g of HNO3

Therefore in 2.1 g there are (2.1/63)* (6.02*10^23) ions

=2.01* 10^22 NO3-
