To calculate number of particles you need to know number of moles.
As we all know that if we take the molar mass of a substance in grams it becomes equal to its one mole.
So, 18 grams of water means one mole of water.
And we all know that one mole of a substance contains 6.022×10^23 number of particles.
So one mole of water contains 6.022×10^23 number of water molecules.
We know that every water molecule is made up of two hydrogens and one oxygen which means that every water molecule contains 3 atoms.
So, to get number of atoms in 18g of water, we will multiply Avogadro's number by 3.
(6.022×10^23)×3=1.8066×10^24
I hope you get the calculation process and it helps you in your future chemical calculations
