no.of moles= mass/ gram molecular mass.

our mass is 34.2 gm.

our gram atomic mass is:-

C= 12x12 = 144.

H= 22x1= 22.

O= 11x16 = 176.

total mass is 144+22+176= 342.

gram atomic number is 342.

.

.

.

coming back to our equation,

no. of moles= 34.2/342= 0.1.

SO, NO. OF MOLES IS 0.1
