Molar mass of C = 12 u = 12 gm

Then,

Since, no of particle in 12 gm of C = 6.022 × 10^23

No of particle in 1 gm of C = 6.022 × 10^23/12

Hence, No of particles in 3 gm of C

= 6.022 × 10^23 /12 × 3

= 1.5 × 10^23 particles
