First, you have to know or write down the formula for sodium carbonate. Once you do this you can identify that there are two sodium ions for each carbonate ion. Now solving the problem will be easy.

N of 0.321 g sodium carbonate

N = Na2CO3 × (1 mol/105.99 g) × (2 eq/1 mol)

N = 0.1886 eq/0.2500 L

N = 0.0755 N
